Workpac are seeking an Administration Officer with our client based in Gunnedah. Initially for six months with potential to go permanent for the right candidate. This position will be working Monday to Friday 8 hour days.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, minutes, presentations and reports as requested by management and employees
- Coordinate the use of meeting rooms and resources
- Purchase goods and services, including making travel and accommodation arrangements
- Coordinate and carry out additional administration tasks required
- Arrange purchase orders and process invoices for payment
- Maintaining filing in the office
- You may be required to complete day trips and potentially a few overnights
- Demonstrated experience providing customer service
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Work Health and Safety principles
- Advanced typing and keyboard skills
- Current Drivers Licence
- Previous experience with project management documentation would be an advantage
