Role Title: Supervisor Training FFI
Work Location: Perth
Roster: Monday to Friday
Summary:
The successful candidate will lead, execute and administer the FFI induction training program to ensure all new starters have clear understanding of the Fortescue Values and conduct themselves in accordance with Fortescue's Code of Conduct.

Summary:
The successful candidate will lead, execute and administer the FFI induction training program to ensure all new starters have clear understanding of the Fortescue Values and conduct themselves in accordance with Fortescue's Code of Conduct.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Deliver training programs to support international operations
- Build and maintain a training database, and provide regular reporting on the training /competency status of employees
- Provide advice regarding an annual training budget, and provide regular reporting against that budget;
- Administer the learning platforms in use by the company, updating employee lists as required
- Identify and liaise with suitable external training providers, and monitor the effectiveness of external training courses;
- Develop, schedule and deliver training and awareness raising programs / courses as required;
Qualifications and skills required:
- Cert IV Training and Assessment or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role within the resources or major construction industry
- Demonstrated competence in the facilitation of both group and individual learning
- Strong computer skills and experience working with training databases
- National Police Clearance
