Hatch currently has an exciting role for an intermediate Project Controls Specialistfor our Mississauga office. The EPCM controller is responsible for providing the information to enable the control, performance measurement and ongoing management of EPCM services. Responsibilities include confirming, loading, maintaining and managing changes to times codes, obtaining progress from various systems, analysing performance and variances and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain the project timesheet, EPCM performance measurement systemsand collect and collate progress information
• Maintain all staffing plans for EPCM including the establishment of baseline estimates, work hours, and progress curves
• Work with project coordinators to ensure the EPCM services budget and forcast are aligned with the project change and trend registers and provide input
• Generate, check and distribute project reports related to EPCM services including actual work hours, progress data, etc.

Qualifications:

• 7 - 10 years experience in engineering, project controls, or appropriate project related experience
• Exposure to multi-discipline project environment
• Working knowledge of change and trend management and associated knowledge of budgeting, forcasting final costs, cash flows, and estimating
• Knowledge of EPCM principals and the ability to interpret and verify agreements
• Hands-on working knowledge of Ecosys would be a benefit
