Downer is a leading provider of Engineering Services across New Zealand. We provide facilities management services spanning from public amenity services to high-tech data centre management. Our steady expansion brings an opportunity for an Electrician to join our team in Whangarei.

As an Electrician you will also provide technical solutions, primarily with electrical, air-conditioning, mechanical and facilities assets. To be successful in this role, you will need

• DC experience not a must but an advantage
• Current electrical practising license
• Experience within the electrical, air conditioning, facilities and building maintenance industries
• Sound knowledge of electrical test equipment, systems and procedures
• Current Class 1 drivers licence
• A strong commitment to safety
• A strong work ethic with excellent time management skills
• Enthusiasm, integrity, honesty, punctuality and reliability
• Ability to work both within a team and independently.
