About the role

Due to our continued growth through 2021 and beyond, we are seeking an experienced Mechanical Superintendent to join our Koolyanobbing based team.


What we're after

• Strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to get your team to work cohesively
• Lead by example in safety and wellness to ensure a culture of zero harm is maintained
• Managing a maintenance team across 4 different pillars: Mechanical/Electrical/Boilermaker-Welders/Work Management
• Providing reports on Maintenance activities including progress against shutdowns/Budgets
• Coordinating work activities with the use of work instructions, procedures, work steps and work orders
• Maintain and foster a working environment which prompts safety in all that we do, whilst also providing outstanding service

What you'll bring to the team

• Hold relevant Mechanical trade qualification
• Strong Mechanical knowledge working with Crushers and simular fixed plant equipment
• Significant experience within a fast paced Production environment, in a similar role
• The ability to use initiative to contribute and support continuous improvement, and drive change
