About the Role
WorkPac are currently seeking a Mechanical Fitter to commence at a role for a local client in Gladstone . You will be working in an ongoing position in Gladstone with successful candidates starting as soon as possible.
Duties & Responsibilities

• Good fault-finding skills
  
• Installation and monitoring of plant and equipment
  
• Assure safe working practices
  
• Experience working on pumps highly regarded
  
• Pre-start checks on machinery
  
• Complete machinery inspections
  
• Support preventative maintenance
  

Skills and Experience:

• Certificate III in Engineering (Fitting Turning)
  
• Current Driver's Licence and Right to work within Australia
  
• Working at Heights is advantageous
  
• Confined Space ticket is advantageous
