  • Provide off site support (including on remote sites) to provide Executive support during events such as Board Meetings and company announcements
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to stakeholders with expedited response times, including support that is not normally afforded to regular users
  • Acts as a trusted advisor who anticipates requirements at an individual level and builds an IT portfolio for each Executive according to his/her specific setup requirements

  • Maintain a close working relationship with the broader IT team, Executive Assistants and all other departments as necessary to achieve the desired outcomes
  • Build, troubleshoot and repair computers, printers and any other associated IT equipment
  • Maintain compliance to licensing requirements for all relevant hardware and software

What you'll bring to the team

  • The ability to interact with, motivate and influence people in a collaborative and solution oriented manner
  • The ability to think ahead and anticipate needs or issues that may arise to mitigate any technical risks
  • A demonstrated history of ethical, honest and professional behaviour and a high degree of confidentiality to handle confidential company information
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Providing 1st and 2nd level technical support to end users
