Job Details

CSG Talent is looking for a Project Manager to provide technical solutions to operations sustainability and optimization problems. The Project Manager will apply professional project management rigor to develop, plan, and implement capital expenditure projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop medium to large scope multi-disciplinary projects through design development process, planning and implementation via professional project management processes and procedure.
  • Apply project management rigor to deliver CAPEX initiatives in accordance with budgetary and timeline requirements through a gated approval process. Full project responsibilities to deliver project benefits and oversight for technical content, focused on scope, cost, time, safety, and stakeholder management.
  • Act as a liaison and coordinator between internal and external project members, managing third party performance and expectations.
  • Provide plant engineering services to improve sustainability and address optimization concerns as identified by operating properties.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical, civil, electrical, construction management, or other related field.
  • Minimum 5 years providing project delivery in the mining sector
  • Minimum 3 years prior experience as a project leader of multi-disciplinary projects.
  • 2 years providing technical solutions in the industrial sector.
  • Project Management Professional certification preferred.
