We do require you to have some experience and skills so we can ensure your success:
  • You are a leader through and through you have lead teams that have successfully delivered on projects for the organisation. You believe in achieving through others as it enables your success, the success of the organisation and the success of others
  • You have worked within a senior leadership team, where your experience will enable you to contribute and continue to drive a high level of service and achievement
  • You understand the term financial acumen and understand how to read and interpret profit and loss statement
  • Able to analyse data through reporting and you can easily articulate and present key findings, signification and implications and make informed decisions though your analysis
  • You are situationally aware; where you can see things that matter in terms of the work we do and prioritise these to ensure we get the best outcomes for our people, organisation and our clients
  • Being a leader of and managing contracts you will have awareness of contract law - but we can further develop you in this area

This position is one where you will need to establish, build trust and reliability in delivery. That you can drive value and purpose through collaboration with internal partners and clients, whilst working within the regional leadership team.
