About the role

We are looking for Compliance Analyst to support the First line of defense Assurance processes for Group Services. This role is a great development opportunity for an individual towards becoming a compliance SME and ensuring a strong control environment for Group Services processes. Reporting to the compliance leader, you will be involved in following key activities:

Own & drive:

· Perform control testing on a regular basis

· Drive mandatory training compliance organizationally - Monitor the compliance trainings; Executes the data privacy incidents process - Tracking & reporting of incidents; Monitor remediation actions

Support:

· Monthly preparation of Risk and Compliance Dashboard

· Query Incident management tool by tracking that RCAs are completed & follow up on actions. Report control deficiencies as captured. Tracks updation of DTPs if agreed

· Monitoring of Group Services strategic risk profile actions to ensure completion; track follow-ups for overdue actions

· RACM updates for multiple process areas. Supports in control and RACM standardization by identifying and reporting discrepancy, misalignment and ineffectiveness

· User access reviews

· Training programs for Group Services teams on compliance and controls obligations

· Internal and External Audits and compliance-related projects

· Readiness and capability to support several other compliance control actions when needed, including specific process delivery areas

What you will need for this role

To succeed in this role, you will have:

· A finance and/or business qualification, at minimum at graduate level

· 3+ years of experience, spanning Finance, P2P and/or HR/Payroll operations

· Experience in supporting controls/compliance functions supporting operations teams

· SAP Finance familiarity/experience

· Basic data handling /data analytics skills

· A collaborative approach. Process mindset and ability to grasp process knowledge quickly

· Ability to work across organizational lines, as a team

· Global exposure of some degree

· CA/ MBS degree will be a plus ( preferred)

· Quick learning skills and a proactive approach towards your work
