This journey will lead to improve project outcomes, being able to leverage the digital twin, systems integration and interoperability, support for decision-making, autonomous execution, and integrated operations and performance centers.

As the successful candidate, you will:
  • Be considered a subject matter expert by clients in EAM/APM system integration
  • Lead a team responsible for the development and implementation of EAM/APM systems for our clients
  • Develop and improve our project implementation processes for APM and EAM systems integration
  • Work in collaboration with our Advisory/Asset Management team on the implementation of business workflows within the APM/EAM
  • Work in collaboration with our Data Science and Advisory/Asset Management team on the development of predictive maintenance strategies
  • Work in collaboration with our Digital Project Delivery and Digital Twins leads to implement APM and EAM related use cases
  • Support development of APM/EAM Service Level Agreement to coordinate all user and administration responsibilities and expectations for system, user and administrator performance
  • Manage the interface to Hatch Client EAM leaders and supports internal client work teams and task forces in resolving APM/EAM challenges and supports the development of project requirements for platform enhancement opportunities
  • Coordination of design, reviews, and analysis of APM/EAMS reports utilizing various report writing software
  • Create detailed functional and technical architecture for the APM/EAMS with a full understanding of the system requirements, available data sources (meters and sub-meters), facilities, production performance analysis techniques and trace requirements


You bring to the role:
  • Experience leading the project execution and technical leadership team both at Client Organization in industries like Mining, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Rail, Ports and/or on a EAM/APM Systems Integrator or Technology Providers organization
  • Preferance for experience with clients in rail and transit
  • Verbal and written communication, including ability to describe complex issues in terms system users can readily understand.
  • Translating and solutioning user-derived activities and end-user requirements into effective and efficient platform configuration to attain client business objectives.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with client stakeholders in order to win work

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty within a growing business practice
  • Developing quality control techniques related to final product completion.
  • Using professional and/or technical concepts to perform assigned duties and solve problems.
  • Academic training in one of the following disciplines; Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or Systems Engineering
  • EAM and APM expertise with systems such as Meridian, Bentley, ABB Eclipse, IBM Maximo, INFOR, Trapeze or other systems
  • SQL or other database experience, including scripting
