Contract Administrator

Want to work for a a Tier 2 builder who's been around the QLD construction sector for almost a century? We have a great opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join their commercial projects team and progress in their career towards Project Management.

Requirements

• Construction or Engineering related degree qualification.
  
• Minimum of 3-5 years post graduate experience in a CA role with a Main Contractor.
  
• Experience on medium scale commercial projects is desired up to $10M +.
  
• Proven experience delivering projects from start to completion and handover.
  
• Maintaining a very high level of accuracy when preparing Preliminary Tender Proposals, Building Specifications, Variations and HIA Contracts.
  
• Quality control when reviewing all Contract Documents.
