Reporting to the Planning Supervisor, Processing,the Shutdown Maintenance Planner, Processing is responsible for the planning and coordination of multiple concurrent routine and non-routine plant maintenance shutdowns to ensure the safe execution of maintenance activities in a timely manner and within scope and budget.

To be successful we are looking for someone with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Someone who is self-motivated, with the ability to collaborate well with a team. Someone who can multitask and prioritize contending demands in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :
  • Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
  • Oversee maintenance shutdown cycle which includes documentation, planning, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Coordinate shutdown review processes to identify lessons learned, and report Key Performance Indicators to drive continuous improvement
  • Assist with monthly cost forecasting, annual budgeting, and cost analysis


Qualifications :
  • Journeyperson’s ticket, degree, or diploma in a related subject area, or a combination of relevant education and experience
  • Experience in a planning role in mining or related heavy-duty industry
  • Exceptional digital literacy, specifically in Microsoft Office Suite®
