The Business:

CSG Talent has been engaged by a leading civil consultancy in Western Australia that has a national reach and reputation for offering high-quality design and construction management solutions to clients. They have over 50 years of history and work on many of the best structural and civil projects around. They have demonstrated steady growth over the last few years and now have offices in most states and 400 people in total.

The Role:

You will report to the Structural Team Leader and work with both designers and drafters to produce designs for construction.

Role Requirements:

  • Experience in delivering Bridge projects, ideally within WA to Main Roads standards.
  • Experience working to AS 5100 standards.
  • Manage multiple drafting projects simultaneously.
  • Proactively report project updates to the Project Leader.
  • Able to identify and share opportunities for improvement or potential areas of concern.
  • Adapts well to change, including responding to project changes at short notice.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Structural Engineering degree or similar.
  • Ability to perform structural calculations.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the structural engineering building sector.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering structural documentation for projects using Revit.
