Due to our growth agenda, we have a new opportunity for a Workforce Planning Consultant to support the workforce planning team. Your role will include day-to-day tactical activities associated with the ongoing management of the internal workforce. You'll collaborate closely with workforce planning functional leads in Learning & Development, Subcontractor Engagement Management and Recruitment.

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Administration and data integrity management of workforce allocation records and database
• Producing reports and data that is required by the resource manager and leadership team
• Assist with the management of resources and developing strategies and engage these individuals and track tasks
• Coordinating with internal stakeholder's interview feedback and next steps
• Working with the recruitment leads in managing the recruitment database and ensuring data integrity.
• Providing exceptional candidate care and experience
• Completing contract amendments and changes as required
• Assisting the Subcontractor Engagement Manager with the facilitation and engagement of the subcontractor workforce as needed
• Working with the Learning and Development Manager to coordinate training schedules and training calendars for individuals
• Liaison with training providers to schedule courses as needed

Your experience:

This role would be ideal someone who loves working with people and data, with a high attention to detail and able to juggle several tasks at once. You will also have advanced knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft products.
