About the Role: WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Learning and Development Advisor to commence immediately based on site within 6 & 7 Mile. This position will be a 5:2 and 4:3 roster, for an ongoing contract and can be residential or FIFO from Perth Airport. This position would suit an experienced and skilled Administrator that has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessing, who is customer focussed with stakeholder engagement skills. Entry level applicants keen to start a career in the mining industry are encouraged to apply. Duties This role is a great opportunity to develop your strong learning & development background and project management skills whilst engaging in a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
