Where do you come in?

Our Mining Superintendents are trusted leaders of safety, people, and process. Your style is one of accountability, delivery and development. We will empower you with the authority and autonomy to drive safe production, whilst growing the capability of our onsite crews and supervision. We are enthusiastic about helping our people develop meaningful and long lasting careers within MRL.

You must be a confident and capable person who leads change management initiatives with key stakeholders. A sequence for mining exists, however we are open to leaders who want to maximise the effectiveness of technology to position our sites to meet or exceed targets.

Excellence is not achieved in isolation.

Your future steps

You understand Mining - have been there and done that; you have the proverbial runs on the board. We are not looking for someone to step up and chance their arm in this role. This is you already developed, experienced and worldly wise. You have your QM ticket, and your future role will be a Mine Manager in your own right.
