CSG Talent are looking for dedicated and ambitious Maintenance Professionals to lead Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) program at the mine.

This is a long term opportunity with a path to grow and comes with very attractive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all maintenance planning activities and ensure the weekly planning cycle supports the operation to minimize maintenance related downtime and unanticipated costs.
  • Coordinate all major outage planning including schedule development, resource loading, financial planning
  • Develop AFE's, SOW's and ensure parts availability for maintenance related projects.
  • Control the warehouse inventory to ensure parts availability for critical assets in conjunction with purchasing.
  • Support operations functions through working with vendors to supply equipment and materials to enable day-to-day operations.

Education & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance planning with mechanical and electrical knowledge.
  • At least 2 years supervision experience.
  • Previous RCM and planning system development preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Engineering Degree preferred.
  • Valid, current driver's license.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge and development of CMMS systems.
  • Large outage planning and coordination.
  • Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical repairs.
  • Mechanical knowledge of shafts, gearboxes, bearings, and sprockets.
