Job Details
This is a long term opportunity with a path to grow and comes with very attractive salary and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all maintenance planning activities and ensure the weekly planning cycle supports the operation to minimize maintenance related downtime and unanticipated costs.
- Coordinate all major outage planning including schedule development, resource loading, financial planning
- Develop AFE's, SOW's and ensure parts availability for maintenance related projects.
- Control the warehouse inventory to ensure parts availability for critical assets in conjunction with purchasing.
- Support operations functions through working with vendors to supply equipment and materials to enable day-to-day operations.
Education & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance planning with mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- At least 2 years supervision experience.
- Previous RCM and planning system development preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Engineering Degree preferred.
- Valid, current driver's license.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge and development of CMMS systems.
- Large outage planning and coordination.
- Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical repairs.
- Mechanical knowledge of shafts, gearboxes, bearings, and sprockets.
