We are seeking a Administrative Assistant / Office Coordinator.
Description of Responsibilities:
For the right candidate, this position provides the opportunity to contribute to the success of a professional team while gaining experience in office, project, and technical professional systems.
The primary role is to support general operation of the Vancouver office; duties will vary, but at a minimum, will include the following:
- General coordination of all office-related activities.
- Reception services (answering phones, greeting clients, organizing couriers, etc.).
- Coordinating general office maintenance including liaising with various suppliers and service companies.
- Providing administrative support with tasks such as: d ocument management; (editing, printing, etc.); o rganization of events; a ssisting with meeting preparation;
- Other administrative duties, as required.
Essential Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially with MS Word;
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Strong organizational skills, a proven ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines;
- Strong communication skills.
