About the role

This role will report to the EGM Supply and will be is responsible leading the purchasing, accounts payable and procurement systems teams. This new role will drive the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the transactional purchasing, accounts payable and systems strategies, policies and guidelines to drive shared goals and objectives across the entire supply chain. While communicating the teams visions the role will also build key relationships with internal clients and for a key part of the Supply Group leadership team.

You will

• Provide effective leadership of immediate team, track and report key functional KPI's to improve business effectiveness and drive value
• Develop, implement and maintain purchasing and accounts payable policy and procedures
• Define purchasing and accounts payable objectives
• Drive best practice purchasing and strive for continuous improvements and long term value increase
• Lead the team responsible for managing Coupa P2P platform.

What you'll bring to the team

• Tertiary qualification in a business, management, legal, commercial discipline
• 10+ Years minimum working in Supply / Procurement roles
• Minimum 5 years of experience of managing Procurement teams
• Experience with reputable procurement system solutions, such as SAP Ariba, Oracle or Coupa, amongst others.
• Strong track record across general P2P process management, during periods of system implementation
• Excellent stakeholder engagement experience working with procurement professionals to communicate change, identify opportunities for improvement and drive forward the implementation of prospective changes
