Service Support Scheduler

About the Role:
WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Administrator based locally near Peak Downs Site for an immediate start.
This position will hold a Monday to Friday roster, with an initial 6 month contract, with possible ongoing options for the right applicant. This position would suit an experienced Administrator with mining and finance experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• SAP Duties, Work order management, planning, purchasing, reqs, raising notifications
  
• Microsoft Office suite experience
  
• Scheduling serving of mobile equipment
  
• Scheduling of all compliance onsite , site compliances for 7 sites, fire suppression systems, fire extinguishers, electrical, lifting equipment etc
  
• General day to day admin
  

Skills and Experience:

• Current Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical
  
• Previous Administrative Experience
  
• Industrial or Mining Background
  
• Attention to Detail
  
• Current "C" Class Driver's License and Own Transport
  
• Ability to pass a full Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen
  
• Experienced with SAP (Essential)
