About Our Client
Our client provides steel design, fabrication, and construction services to commercial, infrastructure and resources sectors Australia wide. The company ahs been around for over 50 years and has a well know reputation.
What You Will Be Doing
The role would suit either a Trades Assistant with Fabrication nouse who would want to step up into a storeman role, or a storeman who had a good understanding of fabrication / general maintenance. You will be responsible for opening/closing the store, basic repairs, raising purchase orders, accepting deliveries and forklift operation. The hours are from 6am - 4.30pm Mon-Fri and 6 hours on Saturday.

What You Need
- Previous experience in a metal fabrication workshop (desirable but not essential)
- Good knowledge of welding consumables
- Forklift Licence (or willing to obtain)
- Ability to multitask and work autonomously
- Knowledge of basic hand tools
- Valid Drivers Licence
- High level of housekeeping
- Flexible attitude and versatile in the workshop
- Great pay rate
