Job Summary:
You are a Master Field Service Technician experienced with service repairs on construction mining equipment. You utilize your experience to provide quality maintenance, diagnostics, inspections and rebuilds on all components and equipment. You are a problem solver and continuously look for innovative solutions to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Performs maintenance and diagnostics on engines, power trains, hydraulics, fuel systems, & electrical codes
  • Completes paperwork in an accurate and timely manner; includes work orders, FLHA, WSO, work authorizations Complies with policies of safe driving and vehicle use. Ensure company vehicle is properly serviced and kept in safe operating condition
  • Applies technical knowledge through regular attendance at technical training classes
  • Maintains all local and federal DOT log book requirements to adhere to local labor hour laws
  • Maintain and utilize organized work areas, tools and equipment to promote a clean and safe environment
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with team members
  • Be a leader of both safety and production for the team by ensuring compliance with all company, client, and legislated safety policies and procedures


Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of repair and service truck experience on construction mining equipment
  • Must have training and certification to operate equipment and a lift truck
  • Ability to read and understand service and maintenance materials
  • Certificate of technical training is an asset (i.e. engines, power train, hydraulics, fuel systems, power generation, equipment operation)
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
  • Must have valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record
  • Must supply own tools to perform field repairs


Work Conditions:
  • Perform work and travel to various mine sites and heavy civil projects throughout Nevada
  • Ability to work weekends and overtime hours may be required
  • Perform work in an outside environment with exposure to adverse weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, rain, dust, dirt and noise.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and withstand 8-10 hours of physical labor activities
  • Offered hourly wage between $35-$50 depending on experience
  • Employee benefits package and 401k plan participation offered after 90 days of continuous employment
