Are you an Environmental Geoscientist with a degree in Geological or Environmental Science?
Do you have 5+ years of experience related to geosciences, with an environmental focus?
Have you previously used GoldSim software?
Our client is a specialised global engineering consulting firm with 100 years of industry experience, who offer unique opportunities to work on projects around the world.
With an exciting and ambitious growth strategy in place our client is looking for an Environmental Geoscientist to join their Vancouver office. This exciting role will be responsible for geochemical analysis and modelling using GoldSim.
In this Environmental Geoscientist position you will also be responsible for:
- Data collection, analysis, and technical write up for environmental assessments of resource projects.
- Interpretation of water quality information in the context of environmental assessments, permitting and/or operation of resource projects.
- Predictive modelling of water quality parameters, including mass balance models.
Essentials
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in Geological or Environmental Science.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience related to geosciences with an environmental focus.
- A strong background in geochemical analysis and modelling.
- Experience with industry-standard software, GoldSim.
