Downer New Zealand is growing and is looking to connect with Final Trim Grader Operators who are looking for their next opportunity, but want to work where they can develop, leverage off the staff benefits and work for an organisation that has opportunities for you to grow and develop your career. About the Role:

Operating grading machines in civil construction environments. With an eye for detail and a steady hand, you will have a passion for quality results and a knack for project delivery. You will be able to operate heavy grader machinery to produce accurate line level and texture across roading, pathway and shared space construction and maintenance projects throughout the Lower North Region

About You:

You'll bring with you:

• A Class 2 Drivers Licence with a WTR endorsement
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal
• A commitment and confidence to maintain safe work practices

We are also looking for EOI if you have experience in any of the following roles:

• Pavement Construction Supervisors and Foreperson
• Pavement Engineers
• Grader Operators
