About the role

We are looking for a MCP Production Supervisor for our Crushing division based at Iron Valley on a 2/1 roster from Perth. The role is being offered as a permanent position and will be an integral part of the Leadership team.

What we're after

We're looking for someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and enjoys a challenging yet rewarding work environment. You will be responsible for:
  • Oversee, manage and control the production of crushing and screening plant to achieve the operation outcomes of safety, quality, performance and cost
  • Manage, control and supervise the production teams and establish good team environment, improve on production efficiencies
  • Assist in the organisation, planning, preparation and execution of plant shut downs
  • Demonstrate and maintain a high standard of personal safety leadership and a commitment to the safety of fellow workers
  • Comply with all applicable health, safety and environmental laws and regulations at all times
  • Previous experience within a Crushing Plant or similar Fixed Processing Plant environment
  • Ability to lead and manage a high performing team in a rewarding environment
  • Liaise with the Client and/or representative on a day to day basis



What you'll bring to the team
  • Minimum 3 years demonstrated previous experience within a Mobile Crushing and Screening Plant or similar Fixed Processing Plant environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of computers (Excel and MS Office suite) and capable of compiling and presenting reports
  • Ability to lead teams
  • Demonstrate initiative and creative problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in remote locations, physically mobile with a good fitness level
