$27.50 per hour
Administration and Customer Service

The role
This position will see you acting as a key operative in the business and will have you dealing with a range of queries and provide end to end support for customers in the service department. You will act as part of the team and assist other departments while displaying a high level of professionalism.
What you will be doing

• Customer service
  
• Data entry
  
• Booking in vehicles for service
  
• Invoicing customers
  
• Answering and directing telephone calls
  
• Handling payments
  
• Organising day to day roster of vehicles for service
  

Key Requirements

• Must have car and licence
  
• Experience in a customer facing customer service position
  
• Administration experience
  
• Automotive experience - Advantageous but not essential
  
• Strong computer literacy
