$27.50 per hour
Administration and Customer Service
The role
This position will see you acting as a key operative in the business and will have you dealing with a range of queries and provide end to end support for customers in the service department. You will act as part of the team and assist other departments while displaying a high level of professionalism.

- Customer service
- Data entry
- Booking in vehicles for service
- Invoicing customers
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Handling payments
- Organising day to day roster of vehicles for service
- Must have car and licence
- Experience in a customer facing customer service position
- Administration experience
- Automotive experience - Advantageous but not essential
- Strong computer literacy
