  • $35-40ph
  • Fixed term contract 12 months with chance extensions
  • Located Sydney North Ryde
About Our Client
Our client is a one of Australia ' s leading construction and engineering contractors. They have completed numerous Tier One projects such as airports, correctional centres, bridges, hospitals and rail facilities.

About the Role
WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Payroll officer, the role will be responsible for the management and processing of payroll for all employees as directed by the Business Services Centre (BSC) Management team and the provision of a high quality comprehensive payroll service ensuring transactions are paid within regulatory framework. This positions working hours are a 38 hour week Monday to Friday.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Payment Summary Processing
  • Reconciliations
  • Month End Processing

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrable delivery of timely and accurate HR/Payroll services in an autonomous role with a high volume of transactions (minimum 600-700 emps).
  • Experience using Oracle V12, Oracle Express HR or JDE V9 ( Desirable )
  • Financial reporting background eg, General Ledger reconciliation and journaling
