Management Accountant

Work Location: Perth

Roster: Monday - Friday

Reporting to the Senior Accountant, this role will undertake monthly accounting, forecasting, financial compliance and commercial management for those departments supporting iron ore operations.

Key accountabilities will include:

• End of month process - including journals/reallocations, analysis & reporting
• Budgeting & forecasting
• Business partnership, coaching, education & support
• Continuous improvement of finance processes
• Utilisation of all Finance Systems including SAP, Anaplan & DCRM

Qualifications and skills required:

• Accounting or equivalent degree.
• Postgraduate accounting qualification (CA, CPA or CIMA) or progress towards
• SAP (Finance Module) Competent
• Ability to time manage and meet deadlines
• Strong problem solving & analytical skills
• Ability to build relationships across all areas of the business
• Clear presentation of financial metrics for non-financial users
