Trainer Assessor

• 12 month minimum contract
  
• 8:6 or 2:1 2:2 rosters available

About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Trainer Assessor for a FIFO role based out of Perth within a Mining Production environment for Mobile Operators. This role is commencing on a minimum 12 month contract and entails conducting training and assessments for Mobile Plant Operators including Dozers, Loaders, Graders and Water Carts.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducting training and assessments for various Mobile Plant Operators - Dozers, Loaders, Graders and Water Carts
  
• Conducting classroom assessments including theory assessments
  
• Organising classroom presentations
  
• Working within the Cab Trainers for assessments
  

Skills and Experience

• Cert IV Trainer Assessor Certification
  
• Previous working experience as an all round Trainer Assessor within an open cut mining environment
  
• Experience with upskilling operators on all production mining equipment ??? Dozers, Graders, Loaders
  
• Strong attitude towards safety
  
• Reliable and strong attendance record
  
• Police Clearance required within the last six months
  
• Full PEM and DAS required
  
• Current MR/HR or HC Licence
