Position summary:

This role is within the CASG environment working within the Joint Control and Command Systems Programme Office - PMO. The successful candidate will be supporting financial and purchasing activities across the SPO along with supporting the PMO team.

Experience/Skills Sought:
As the successful candidate you will possess experience in the following:
  • Demonstrated skills and experience creating purchase orders in line with Australian Public Service (APS) Financial Management Act (FMA) and Defence guidelines.
  • Demonstrated budget management and monthly reporting experience.
  • Demonstrated eye for detail and meticulous record keeping.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a dynamic team environment.
  • Ability to work with limited guidance demonstrating initiative, responsibility and integrity.
  • Very strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change and manage competing priorities.

​Essential Qualification:
  • Experience administering APS procurement within FMA guidelines.

Highly desirable:
  • Bachelor Of Finance/Commerce

Experience providing financial administrative support of military procurement's/sustainment.​
