Immediate supervisor / Reports to: Head of Training and Development

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Education (Major / Degree) • Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or related qualification;
• Experience in frontline management (desirable) / Front Line Management (Desirable);
• Certificate TAA50104 of Training and Assessment (Desirable) / TAA50104 Diploma of Training and Assessment (Desirable).
• Job experience Minimum of 10 years' experience in managing a supervising a training function
• Job experience in mining or other heavy industry Competencies
• Relevant experience and accreditation in operating mining machinery.

Key site equipment:

• Excavators, bucket excavators / Excavators, shovels;
• Loaders / Loaders;
• Bulldozers (tracked and wheeled) / Dozers (Track & Wheel);
• Graders / Graders;
• Mining dump trucks / Haul trucks;
• Water Trucks tankers;
• All other relevant ancillary equipment;
• Maintenance training support.

Managerial experience Training Supervisor or higher position, practical and theory-based leadership, equal to or exceeding 5 years.

Knowledge of languages / Language proficiency English - fluent, Russian - desirable /

English - fluent, Russian - desirable.

Computer skills Computer skills, including basic and normal MS Office skills /

Computer based skills encompassing MS Office basic and moderate typing ability.

Special requirements Mining training simulator experience and operational expertise (desirable).
