Lead Planner
Downer's Facilities Asset Services team Engineering have an opportunity for a Lead Planner to join their team based out of the Perth CBD office. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, this role will primarily be responsible for the governance of schedule development.

Lead Planner
Downer's Facilities Asset Services team Engineering have an opportunity for a Lead Planner to join their team based out of the Perth CBD office. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, this role will primarily be responsible for the governance of schedule development.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Ensure all tender and baseline schedules are compliant with Downer scheduling procedures and policies;
- Establish and maintain a skills and capability matrix for planning resources and identify redeployment opportunities for relevant resources;
- Review and manage current scheduling processes and procedures;
- Establish a governance framework and audit schedule across ongoing projects; and
- Coordinate monitoring and production of EOT schedules.
ABOUT YOU
- Tertiary Qualifications within Engineering, Construction, Project Management or an equivalent discipline;
- Demonstrated experience in achieving outcomes in a similar role within a Construction and Engineering environment;
- A proven record of success in achieving outcomes in monitoring and forecasting;
- Strong technical problem solving skills;
- High attention to detail;
- Proven ability to contribute and influence stakeholders; and
- Sound knowledge of Project Management software including Microsoft Project and or Primavera P6 packages.
