About the Role
Our Client is seeking a experienced Training and Development Advisor with a minimum of three years' experience of professional experience in a Training & Development role.
Experience Required
- Demonstrated 3 years (minimum) of relevant professional experience in a Training & Development role
- Tertiary Qualifications (HRM)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinating and providing the necessary training & development to the organisation.
- Just Transition (JT) involvement and input to JT plan
- Developing, implementing, and managing our compliance program
- Strong effective communication skills along with sound computer literacy (SAP/Microsoft)
- Coordinate the T&D program of the business in line with the annual budget and Human Resources Management Plan.
- Develop and deliver training and development programs and initiatives to the organisation to build capability to deliver service excellence.
- Establish training needs within the business and develop and implement relevant training programs.
- Update and maintain capability matrices.
- Conducts training needs analysis that informs the development of learning and development programs focused on service excellence.
- Develops, delivers and evaluates training and development programs and initiatives, using blended learning methodologies & techniques, that builds customer service capability.
- Manage and facilitate new starter inductions and training.
- Build and maintain a training database.
- Manage internal T&D policies.
- Facilitate training material as required, as well as source and support external providers/facilitators.
- Manage coaching and mentoring programs.
- Manage T&D reporting, including monitoring the effectiveness of external training courses.
- Participate in career days and industry events as required.
