About the role:

Downer hold a long-term Asset Management and Facilities Management contract with the Department of Corrections and the Ministry of Justice that proactively manages and delivers to the national portfolio of facilities including 16 prisons, 98 courts and 141 community correctional sites.

In this newly created role, the Project Coordinator - Handover provides asset information management services for this Contract primarily focused around data entry and updating the SPM database. Some of the duties will include but not limited to:

• On boarding / off boarding of new assets,
• Completion of capital and Planned Asset Replacement projects
• Changes in asset condition score
• Changes to site plans
• Capturing O&M documentation
• Collating end of life asset submissions related to project work and planning

About you:

• Self-starter able to identify, research and develop initiatives
• Desirable to hold tertiary information technology qualification
• Good analytical and computer skills, particularly relational database skills including SPM
• A proven track record in building effective relationships with all levels
• Experience in advanced asset management would be advantageous
