Principal Studies Engineer – Australia/Asia

A leading mining company is looking for a Principal Studies Engineer. You will be involved in developing and delivering programs of work identified as critical to deliver the medium to long-term aspirations of the project. Managing the studies process to identify, analyse, develop, and verify opportunities that deliver long term value in co-ordination with the Project Manager. Managing the initiation of projects and development of the Statement of Requirements for opportunities prioritised through the Life of Mine Plan process. Assist with study management of Preliminary Economic Assessment, Pre-feasibility and Feasibility studies.  Managing the delivery of technological and design requirements for studies.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified mining or civil engineer and have good experience in the studies of u/g construction/expansion projects.
