About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Payroll/HR Administrator to join our client based on a mine site located in the Central Highlands Region on a Monday to Friday Roster.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Data entry into payroll systems
  • Entering Leave forms and other relevant documentation
  • Organising meetings, medicals and interviews
  • Assisting with the onboarding and recruitment process
  • Documentation management
  • Filing, scanning and sending correspondence
  • General administrative duties

Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience within a similar administration role
  • High Attention to Detail
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Current Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 or willing to obtain
  • Current Australian 'C' class driver licence
  • Must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian permanent residency visa to be eligible to apply for this position
