Job Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Treasury Analyst to join to our Treasury team. This role can be located at our corporate offices in Milwaukee, WI or Chicago, IL (near O'Hare).

In this role you will have the opportunity to obtain a broad-based knowledge in all areas of treasury, while learning about and partnering with the business. The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for reconciling daily bank cash; entering wire transfer and/ or ACH payments; and supporting projects related to banking, cash management, business planning, and more. The individual will deliver value through continuous process improvement in a niche area of the Corporate Finance department.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily cash activities to optimize cash position, daily import of bank file for upload and posting to SAP, enter electronic payments; process electronic file transmissions, resolve banking issues
  • Act as bank liaison with loan partners for daily loan management activity, loan creation in SAP for bank loans & CP and maintaining loan summaries for KAC, KMC, KFA and KICI
  • Assist in administration of bank accounts, documentation, maintenance and related projects as assigned
  • Maintenance of subsidiary loan summaries with month end reconciliation to SAP
  • Assist with internal & external audit requests
  • Month end close processing - including accruals and reconciliation of KMC, KAC and KFA loan balances
  • Reconcile daily bank cash and create daily cash positioning worksheets; enter wire transfer / ACH payments
  • Support projects related to banking, cash management, business planning and others as assigned
  • Prepare daily files needed for accounting input
  • Prepare daily and monthly loan files
  • Perform other treasury tasks as assigned


Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years' experience in Finance role or equivalent; Recent college grads may be considered
  • Advanced designations or progress towards (e.g. CFA, MBA, FRM) highly desired.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills) with prior banking and treasury workstation system experience beneficial
  • Working knowledge of banking and financial regulations
  • Effective communication skills across multiple levels of internal and external customers and service providers, both domestically and internationally
  • Solid problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail required
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills
  • Effective time management, prioritization, multi-tasking abilities and flexibility in work as assigned
  • Ability to work effectively on a team and communicate across diverse multi-cultural environments
  • Ability to act and participate as a change agent
