MANAGER OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – MINING SOLUTIONS

Our client, an established engineering manufacturer is recognised as a global leader in the design and manufacture of state-of-the-art machinery for the mining and marine industries, specialising in hoists, winches and control systems. Their products are the most technologically advanced of its kind with digital controls and automation and their reputation is one built on safety, service and quality.
As manager of business development you will be responsible for consolidating and growing the mine hoisting business and collaborating with the executive management team to promote and drive the sales process from initial contact through to delivery. Ideally you will have a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, several years of experience with large mechanical and electrical machinery and success in generating sales to the main core global mining industry.
A successful career servicing the mining sector, with solid leadership skills and a strong work ethic is what we are looking for in this key management role, one that offers international travel a generous compensation package that includes an attractive incentive program.
