Roster: 8D/6R FIFO Ex Perth
Fortescue Metals Group is seeking a dynamic and passionate Trainer and Assessor with a strong understanding of both Mining and Ore Processing operations to join our Eliwana training Team.

Trainer and Assessor
Work Location: Eliwana

Fortescue Metals Group is seeking a dynamic and passionate Trainer and Assessor with a strong understanding of both Mining and Ore Processing operations to join our Eliwana training Team.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Delivery of Fortescue specific training and assessments including Verification of Competency assessments and inductions
- Facilitation of classroom-based training and onboarding new starters
- Strong understanding of both Mining and OPF production and maintenance strategies for large scale mines
- Customer service provision to site customers
- Communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work cohesively with all stakeholder
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and work autonomously
- Organizational & time management skills
- Hands on approach to teamwork, positive attitude and superior customer service skills are essential
- Align with Fortescue Values and safety culture
Qualifications and skills required:
- Current Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE 40116 Preferable)
- Current C Class License (HR Preferable but not essential)
- Current Safe Working at Height, Enter and Work in Confined Spaces, Gas Test Atmospheres, Telescopic Handler National Units of Competency desirable
- Comprehensive computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and SAP
- Passionate, energetic, and excited to empower change.
