Position summary
Our Facilities and Asset Services business is seeking a Commercial & Procurement Administrator to support on a number of Sydney based projects. As an experienced Administrator you will support with project execution and project cost controls in addition to contractual notices ensuring that commercial positions are protected, and disagreements are resolved as the projects progress.

ABOUT YOU
- A tertiary qualification in Law, Quantity Surveying or Engineering with working knowledge of the Construction Contracts Act procedure.
- Experience in commercial contracts, including preparing subcontracts, variations within the construction industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to negotiate and influence.
- Excellent time management skills with strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and SharePoint.
- JDEGs experience highly advantageous.
