About the Role
Workpac is seeking applications from Electrical Service Technician, you are responsible for carrying out necessary works at customer sites in line with project plans and service deliverables. You are responsible for contributing to a safe and healthy work environment. As part of your role, you will also be responsible for building on existing business with clients and identifying new opportunities.

Essential
  • Drivers Licence
  • Electrical Licence
  • First aid - CPR
  • Low voltage rescue
  • Certificate of proficiency in one of the following areas
    • Electrotechnology
    • Electrical Fitting
  • QLD Coal Board Medical Section 4
  • Standard 11
  • Functional Capacity Evaluation
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Previous experience working autonomously with little direction.
  • High level of communication skills
  • On-site / field experience
  • Project Installation
  • Service / Maintenance Experience
  • Experience managing customer expectations and work load.
Duties:
  • High level of communication with customer and project manager
  • Project installation
  • Identify delays, variations or additional components that arise with projects.
  • Obtain and record all documentation on day sheet- full documentation necessary to have approval for variations.
  • Follow standard processes and keep track of progress for a seamless handover for the next technician.
  • Commissioning and support for installations
  • Key technical point of contact for all customers including contractors.
  • Service agreement checks on site to ensure ResTrack running as planned
This is not a FIFO position.
