Fixed Plant Planner
  • 6 month duration with potential to extend
  • 5:2 Roster
  • Perth based
About our Client:
Our client is a leading global mining group that focuses on finding, mining and processing the Earth's mineral resources.
About the Role:
Our valued client is seeking an experience Fixed Plant Planner for a position based in Perth. This position would suit an experienced Planner with fixed plant experience, extensive SAP experience, planning and scheduling experience and strong time management and workflow management skills
Duties and responsibilities:
  • Analyse incoming issues using SAP, site contacts and other resources to help develop potential solutions
  • Complete and submit change management forms and documents
  • Liaise with site based customers and members of other support or project teams
  • Maintain reporting and update shared documentation
  • Assist with maintaining the database and survey systems
  • Maintain own workflow and priorities
  • Position based in Perth but some site travel will be required
Skills and Experience:
  • Extensive SAP experience
  • Intermediate Excel and MS Office
  • Planning and scheduling experience.
  • Experience with mine site fixed plant maintenance.
  • Strong time management and workflow management skills
  • Strong analytical ability with root cause analysis experience
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment
  • Ability to work alone or in a team
  • Customer service/satisfaction focus
  • Presentation and influencing capabilities appreciated
