Hatchiscurrently seeking a highly motivated Lead, Regional Learning to joinourPeople Development team in Brisbane. This team is part of our broader Human Resources team within Hatch.

The Lead, Regional Learning is passionate about supporting performance through innovative learning and development solutions. In this role, you will champion learning and development initiatives and support the delivery of our Learning mandate across Hatch’s Australia-Asia region.

As the successful candidate, you will:

  • Act as a strategic learning advisor, taking a consultative approach to understanding business needs and designing effective, innovative, and high-quality learning programs that deliver measurable results.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and identified stakeholders to understand the strategy, objectives, KPIs and priority business needs of functional groups across the organization using a performance consultancy approach
  • Complete intake and needs analysis, compile findings and make solution recommendations through high level design documents.
  • Complete design and development including evaluation & measurement, change management and communication plans.
  • Be passionate about creating a high-quality, seamless user experience across our learning ecosystem that drives effective adoption
  • Conduct or oversee solution implementation to ensure timely execution of learning programs including relevant change management, communication strategies/tactics and post-performance support
  • Facilitate and/or moderate as required.
  • Support solution implementation logistics including scheduling, pre/post material distribution and LMS related requirements
  • Track and report on project/program milestones.
  • Execute and monitor evaluation and measurement plan, completing data analytics and communicating business impact to relevant stakeholders
  • Contribute to the effective utilization of the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and networks for Australia-Asia region.
  • Create and track regional fiscal training budget.
  • Continually stay abreast of emerging best practice as it relates to learning experience design, learning analytics, leadership development, onboarding and mentoring.


You bring to the role:

Suitable tertiary qualifications combined with experience in successfully planning, managing and delivering concurrent, large, and complex blended learning solutions with specific timelines.You will have strong communication skills and the ability to manage cross-group collaboration, multiple stakeholder groups and communicating with senior leadership.

You will also have excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills, with experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives. Your proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite of tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint will set you up for success.
