About the Role
My client is currently looking for a The Receptionist to manage visitors and front-of-house hospitality. The role requires a high level of professionalism and independence to diligently manage facility access/security, incoming calls and management of visitors and supporting HR . This role supports the other departments in fulfilling overarching goals by providing smooth day to day reception management. The pay rate is $30+pens - Mon-Fri - 8am-4pm.
Skills and Experienced Required
  • Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Integrity and discretion in dealing with confidential information
  • High degree of motivation and initiative
  • The ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks
  • 1-2 years experience in an Admin role
  • Excellent attention to detail
