Our Facilities and Asset Services business has an opportunity for a Mechanical Estimator to join a team of technical estimators (electrical and mechanical). You will provide sound decision-making to the estimating process, follow all necessary processes and protocols, prepare subcontractor and supplier requests and commercial and pricing vetting analysis for various upcoming greenfield, brownfield, maintenance and capital improvement projects.

ABOUT YOU

• A technical estimating background in mechanical and piping projects preferably within the energy industry with the ability to evaluate work packages, identify scope anomalies/complexities through simple and complex drawings and produce clear and concise tender handover packs to the operations team upon award.
• Able to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, project management and on-site teams.
• Excellent communication capabilities, with the ability to inform, negotiate and influence at all levels.
• Flexibility to adapt style and approach to suit the situation, a creative outlook combined with practicality and a growth and development focus.
