Downer's Road Services business unit is one of the largest non-government owned road services businesses in Australia. We operate from a network of over 50 depots and maintain more than 33,000 km of road. Our Business is involved in many exciting ventures within the civil road industry throughout the country.
We have an opportunity for a Training Compliance Manager to support our Roads Business. You will work within a collaborative and driven national team of professionals and will help maintain and develop training matrices as well as take charge of the governance around industry specific programs. This is an autonomous position that would be suited to candidates with exposure in Engineering, Construction and Heavy industrial sectors that have a large blue-collar workforce.
About you:
Ideally, you will hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or similar

- 5+ years within a similar role
- Experience managing training records, compliance, and auditing
- Experience in Workplace Health and Safety Compliance frameworks.
- Industry experience in civil construction, would be desirable but not essential
- Experience in implementing and applying continuous improvement principals against processes supporting a quality system AQTF/RTO knowledge
- RIW knowledge
