Duties and responsibilities
  • Accurate concrete batching of orders
  • Batching of the correct concrete mix and allocating trucks.
  • General yard and plant housekeeping and maintenance, along with the safe operation of a front end loader
  • Liaising with customers
Skills and experience
  • HR drivers' licence
  • Experience to operate front end loader
  • Experience to operate batch plant
  • Great communication skills
  • Understanding and adherence to safety regulations
  • Fit and healthy
  • Willingness to learn and work in a team
  • Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
  • Relevant batching and/or concrete industry experience however, training will be provided for the right candidate
  • A strong commitment to safety and the environment along with a superior customer focus
