Principal Risk and Assurance
Work Location: Perth
Roster: Monday to Friday
FFI are seeking an experienced Principal Risk and Assurance to assist with the development of the risk and assurance function across a dynamic & integrated green industry enterprise with an international footprint of studies, projects and opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have experience with strategic & tactical risk and assurance engagement & influence with the full range of seniority levels up to the CEO / Board.

- Lead identification and management of risks and opportunities across the global portfolio
- Establish and embed risk and opportunity process through proactive engagement
- Facilitate and lead risk and opportunity workshops & discussions
- Drive stakeholders to understand their most important issues, strategies and actions
- Distil findings / status for executive reporting & communication
Qualifications and skills required:
- Degree or tertiary qualifications such as business, commerce, finance, engineering and management
- A demonstrated persuasion towards curiosity, humility and strategic thinking
- A demonstrated willingness to learn about new industries and for professional and personal development
- Risk management and facilitation experience within the resources, energy or consulting sector
- Considerable experience working in project teams focussed on complex and high value projects
- Demonstrated influencing and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills & software skills
