Contracts and Procurement Manager - Corporate and Procurement Services

Work Location: Perth

Roster: Monday to Friday

Reports to: FFI Head of Global Contracts, Procurement and Supply Chain

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain and Procurement professional to work on a first class and diverse portfolio of renewable infrastructure projects with global reach, including large-scale hydropower and hydrogen production.

Key accountabilities will include:

  • Develop, and manage the implementation of, a new system for efficiently qualifying and on-boarding FFI vendors globally
  • Develop and manage regional and local Procure-to-Pay strategy and support
  • Implementation of FFI governance requirements
  • Manage market engagement and sourcing strategy for international and domestic corporate services contract requirements (including labour hire, specialist consultants, security and medical response, software, air services/ travel, accommodation)
  • Identify, evaluate and manage key corporate services' risks, working closely with international operation teams to implement practical solutions
  • Identify and maximise cost saving opportunities
  • Prepare reports, analysis and advice to support decision-making for, and make recommendations to, Executive / Senior Management

Qualifications and skills required:

  • +15 years' experience in operational commercial supply chain management
  • Familiar with procurement, supply chain, vendor and contract management software, including SAP
  • Tertiary qualification relating to supply chain management, commerce or law desirable
